Reservations, Deposits & Cancellations

Please see the “Book It” button in the top right corner of the page. We will respond to you shortly with availability. Once your date is confirmed available, we will send you a proposal and collect $150 non-refundable deposit. Your date is not reserved until the deposit is received and contract is signed. is required to secure your event date. We do offer the ability to reschedule your event within 12 months of your original event date, based on availability. Balances are due no later than 4 days before your scheduled event. Payments are accepted via Credit Card.

Age Range

Our play equipment is suited for crawlers through preschool years. Note: Per manufacturer guidelines, its recommended that children be 18 months+ for the ride-on animal hoppers. Adult supervision is always required.

Luxe Ball pits and full sized bounce houses are suitable for all ages.

Delivery

We offer free delivery within 20 miles of the 94947 zip code for most packages. $1.75 per mile each way after 20 miles will be added if needed.

Holidays are subject to an additional $150 fee for any booking.

Set up and Breakdown

Please allow up to 2 hours before and after your event for set up and break down (This will not be included in your rental time). Our team will do all of the heavy lifting. Play spaces will only be set up on solid, level ground. We will never accommodate areas with sand, gravel, tanbarks, extremely dirty or uneven surface. Please ensure there will be a space available to meet this requirement. Clean, flat, dry grass is ok.

Bounce houses require access to a dedicated outlet. Please keep that in mind when booking. We are not able to provide generators at this time.

We do not currently set up at public parks (even with a reserved spot). Exceptions to this policy require an event planner onsite and will incure an additional fee.

Our final pickup time is 7pm. Later pickup times are available for an additional fee.

Mother Nature

All play space set ups are subject to appropriate weather conditions. If rain or high winds are forecasted during your event, please have an alternate indoor area prepared. Soft play equipment can become very slippery and hazardous to littles in poor weather conditions. If we need to reschedule due to these conditions, your deposit will be used for the next chosen date. High temperature will require shade. Poppytots no longer offers canopies. Please plan accordingly.

If we arrive for an outdoor event and there is rain, we will NOT set up. Please have an indoor alternative available in case of rain. Rescheduling is also an option.

Play Area Rules

  • No shoes/heels

  • No food, gum or drinks allowed inside the play area.

  • Socks or barefoot only in the play area.

  • No sharp objects (keys, badges, etc).

  • No face paint, temporary tattoos, etc.

  • No ink, pens, paints, slime of any kind.

  • No glitter or confetti

  • No overcrowding.

  • Soft play equipment, balls, and hoppers are all to remain inside the play area.

  • Balls must be inside ball pit upon our arrival

  • Adult supervision required at all times.

Space Requirements

Clients are responsible for making sure the rental will fit in the space prior to booking. We will do our best to accommodate a smaller space but there will be no refunds for equipment that will not fit.

Insurance

We carry general liability insurance. A liability waiver will be required to be completed upon booking. Poppytots and its employees accept no responsibility for any injuries caused while playing on the soft play equipment.

Cleaning

Each and every component of our play spaces are sanitized after each party and wiped down prior to the next… even each ball pit ball.

Any damage or extraordinary cleaning due to misuse of the equipment will be subject to additional fees based on severity.
